It's that time again. If it wasn't for Project 52, I wonder if I would have anything to blog about. We had a small reprieve from all the snow and ice, and it was so wonderful seeing the
I have been working on my list, although nothing gets crossed off, yet. My big stack of jeans has been converted into a small stack (actually two stacks) of 6"x 6" squares. I've got my design all figured out, and "everyone" is in their proper order, anxiously awaiting the day they will all be joined together.
I've also been working on reading through "The Chronicles of Narnia", by C. S. Lewis. The book
My exercising has fallen by the wayside...already! But, I will get back to it. After doing a few P90X workouts, I couldn't walk for nearly a week. (Yes, I am that out of shape.) I know that I need to keep at it, but I'm having a hard time staying motivated.
So, there is my little progress report. I can't wait to see what I accomplish this week. How are you coming with your goals?
good job mom
ReplyDeleteI love the Chronicles of Narnia. The Horse and His Boy is probably my favorite. Good job on how well you're doing with you goals. (The Px90 doesn't count.) Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteP90x scares me!
ReplyDeleteWhat is P90X?
ReplyDelete70 degrees several days ago and right now we are in the process of 6" of the white stuff... I am so done with winter!
Bring on springtime.
ReplyDeleteI think I signed up for Project 52, just so I would have an excuse to blog every week! Sometimes, it's hard to come up with a good blog post!
ReplyDeleteYou are doing great so far... you have much more crossed off your list than I do.
I haven't read The Chronicles of Narnia, but now that you mention it... maybe I'll add it to my list of books to read.
Thanks so much for stopping by and following. I'm following you now and can't wait to read more!
ReplyDeleteBut hey - every journey starts with the first step right??? And at least you've done that (I sure haven't!) Heck - I can't even spell P90X!
ReplyDeleteP90x used to make me so sore! I managed to get through about 60 days of it, with a few skipped days in between. I wish I could get motivated to do it again but it made me soooo tired. Good for you for attempting it!! It's definitely not easy.
ReplyDeleteI'm slowly crossing things off my list. There are some projects I just need to sit down and tackle and other more fun things I just need to find time to do. Good luck with your goals!
Is it sad that I am too lazy to even THINK about a Project 52. I would say I'm too busy, or I'm way too involved in charitable activities to even attempt but it's just that I'm too lazy to. :)
ReplyDeleteYou're an inspiration!
I'm stopping by from Welcome Wed. Would love for you to follow back. Staying Home and Staying Sane. http://southernfriedgreenmom.blogspot.com/
